Sea Breeze Mortgage ("SBM"), a California Corporation, originates residential first- and second- mortgage loans. As a mortgage banker, SBM sells all of its closed mortgage loans on the secondary market. Loan sales are structured on a flow and/or bulk basis and sold servicing released.

SBM, as an equal opportunity lender, qualifies its applicants on industry standard underwriting guidelines. SBM specializes in making mortgages available to people with less then perfect credit histories. “Traditional” lenders may have rejected these people. SBM has the ability to fund all loans directly, using its own warehouse lines, thereby eliminating the need for investor approval.

All loan programs are subject to Sea Breeze Mortgage underwriting guidelines. Approvals may be subject to appraisals and other documentation.
